Chicky Baked rice

Lil meow meow has a new clip?! Like her god mama puddy also always clip her hair!

This month mehmeh craved to try his totters at baked rice. We have been trying to cook that for weeks but papa keeps stay at home, so cannot cook yang-ren-chi-de-dong-xi. Just nice mylifestylemap sent a e-newsletter with some recipes in it the day before our Nov castle gathering!

Actually baked rice is simple. Just cook the rice, mix with the (campbell soup + milk) mixture, and lay on the bottom. Fry watever ingredients you want to put in, mix it with that leftover mixture and put on top. Cover with parmesan & mozzie cheese, put into oven!

Cooking in the oven at 250C.

As we wait for 8 minutes, please enjoy the scenary from the kitchen.

Tadah! Baked rice!!! with a brocolli posing as a celery on top!

There were tomatoes, white mushrooms & ham inside the rice. The top layer is chicky fillet covered with a thick dose of cheese.

Puddy's 吃后感言：REally yummy thanks to lambatouille!! And not only me think so, coz everyone was asking for more helpings even after the bowl was emptied! One thing puddy forget to put in is onions! And mehz commented flavour not enough, mebbe next time we replace milk with another can of condensed soup. It still lacks the swensen oomph though. I really wanna noe how they create their white sauce!!

So sweet of princess to cook sambal ones just for the lamb!! But a tad tooo spicy~

Mehz steamed chicky with ginseng, wolfberries, red dates...ie chinese style.

Following the style of jamie oliver...the anyhow anyhow throw ingredients inside to steam prawnies

Baked pork, sausage & escargot

Does the plates look different from usual? Because princess invited us to southpole for a meal. So while puddy was busy playing with meow meow, mehmeh & princess whipped this up in the kitchen. The escargoes are from cold storage according to princess. You can get 'em for around eight dollars a pack. The cheese sausage was yummy thoough it could have a tad more cheese. The pork was seasoned in a generous array of oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper. Very delicious.

We place the entire works in the oven and baked for 20 mins. Nice and tender. Drool.

Princess cooked XO prawns that was spicy and delicious. We also cook fish soup containing fish bones, lettuce, bay leaf, young corn, potatoes. yummy!

South Pole cooking session

Princess was home alone so meh meh and puddy decided to cook at south pole and pei the princess! The meh meh steamed a pomfret with salted veggie and tomatoes, pan-fried chicky with BBQ sauce and dou-miao with oyster sauce. The puddy also steamed another eggy to perfeeect her eggy steaming skills.

Somehow the meh meh was still hungry after the dinner and started munching on whatever foodie he can find in the frige (like chocolate, nougat and strawberry yogurt drink!)

The naughty steakii stole the papa and mama alcohol drink of blackcurrent hooch later in the night!
