Seafood tomyam noodle in Audi!

we went for a picnic in the Audi!

steakii and niap niap found a place to 'sit'

but it was too squeezy so niap niap found her own cubby hole

we sat in the BIG boot of the Audi with the boot door covering us from the slight drizzle. Enjoying our tomyam seafood noodle that we both cooked together.

Rosti & Sausages with Sour cream & Onions

Hee hee hee, we decide to go for a BYO again, taking the cool weather into consideration. So we went to Jason Supermarket to get Rosti(it seems Jason's is the only place where you can get the pre-made rosti), some chicken chipolatas (which is quite cheapo and not very yummy), sour cream and off we went to Indoor stadium to do our BYO.

Somemore while eating under a lomentic torch light, we got Liu-De-Hua singing for us (cos that day happened to be his concert anyway). So shiok...torch-lit dinner under the stars and moon with liu-de-hua singing in the background.

Pork knuckle BYO @ ECP!

The Sin of all Sins is to eat a huge 1kg oven baked Pork Knuckle that is gleaming with oil, washed down only by water and coleslaw from KFC. the 800g pork knuckle is slightly tough on the outside and extremely tender in the inside. The skin could be crisper if we toast it further....but we didn't cos we wanna eat it on the spot.

BYO at ECP

We missed the cold cold days. We prepared eggy-tomato-salad, penne in tomato sauce, cheesy chicken cocktail, chunky campbell soup (later 2 not in picture), and tottered down first to indoor stadium - no parking. So we scampered with hungry stomachs to ECP. No pavilions. Settled at a BBQ pit. Gobbled foodie down. Cold cold cold....
Hid back in moo moo and listened to our fav 1341.

Puddy came back from work, fried some spam with onions, and also fried the onions with eggy, these are fillings for the sandwich. And then i made a pot of the campbell soup....and wobbled to the smelly river beside central to share with my woolly lamb as dinner.

Spam (the beef in a can) was salty, as expected.
The onions eggy did not contain salt, so that was ok.
The worst was the campbell soup...salt no need money?! I drink until i feel like im drinking salty condensed soup!

BYOSM at indoor stadium

Took a train to carrefour...aiya...NDP, so many many people around, traffic police etc. was cheapos, bought cheaper big rookwurst, turn out not so nice. Bought 2 kinds of sausages, a lettuce, pre-cooked chiky and italian dressing

went home and started frying sausages, cutting lettuce for salad, and that sweet lil lamb so cleber, cut some for my papa to eat so can reduce the chopperz

by the time we dabao everything to our fav haunt...9++ liaoz. found a lot eventually.

eating eating, 2 couples separately commented "so lomantic"....
lomantic meh? so conscious lor. we scared they come and steal our fooodie! but weather was better than last time...at least we not dripping sweat into the food!

(side note: BYOSM a bit ex ... but at least it lasted for til the next meal)

after dinner was guava and lemon barcadi. hmm, out of so many mixers, i still find ribena for barcadi the nicest!
