Fried black pomfret, Steamed egg with pork, minced pork with flower of Brassica olearacea botrytis



The steamed egg was rock solid. It was probably over steamed, if there is ever such a term. Puddy reckons there isn't enough eggs. The fish was, well, nevermind the fish. You will know the day when I make a perfect crispy fish. Now, this fish is best described as "seeing the glass is half full or half empty"

The flower of Brassica olearacea botrytis is the best dishy for this round of cooking session.

Cauliflower.
