Because one kind colleague of puddy's gave her a grill set, the greedy puddy kept on wobbling and demanding that we grill our own "yakitori" instead of getting chopped by eating at Shokudo (see prev. post) and we think...how hard can it get?
So, we decided to grill sotong, chicken, some sticks of green pepper with sausages and beef balls and asparagus with the-saltiest-bacon-in-the-world . The key ingredient is of course, the Teriyaki sauce.
After the mehz smoked out the whole kitchen and himself (he smelled like a yakitori after that), he produced some yummy tender chicken, yummy tender sotong, the-saltiest-ever-bacon-on-a-stick and nice grilled green pepper on a stick, of which the puddy keep on throwing the beef ball at the lamb cos she did not like the taste.
All in all, it is not hard to do a "yakitori". The only hard part come from having to scrub the grill set until your nails drop off at the end of it
