Sardine/Mackeral Noodle with doumiao and fried chicky

Oh dear...this i remembered. One of those days where you mis-judged the amount of noodles. We ended up having too much noodles that we were ozzing noodles out of our bodily orifices at the end of it. The noodles were stir-fried with mackerel in tomato sauce, not bad and also cos it's waaay cheaper than a can of sardines.

The chicky was done just right, making it rather tender and my proud second attempt at that. The dou miao's nothing to shout about, something to compliment our dinner with much needed fibre.
