Chargrilled salmon, pork & squid

It all started with this book that lead to us getting a grill pan for cooking grilled foodie!
Steakii had the honours of being the first food to sit in the pan ...hee hee hee
Charred grilled salmon with spinich! the salmon was just grilled nicely but puddy said the lemon taste was too strong...
Puddy liked this grilled pork with orange marinade, also inspired by the cook book
our accompanying steamed potato!
