Chicky Baked rice

Lil meow meow has a new clip?! Like her god mama puddy also always clip her hair!

This month mehmeh craved to try his totters at baked rice. We have been trying to cook that for weeks but papa keeps stay at home, so cannot cook yang-ren-chi-de-dong-xi. Just nice mylifestylemap sent a e-newsletter with some recipes in it the day before our Nov castle gathering!

Actually baked rice is simple. Just cook the rice, mix with the (campbell soup + milk) mixture, and lay on the bottom. Fry watever ingredients you want to put in, mix it with that leftover mixture and put on top. Cover with parmesan & mozzie cheese, put into oven!

Cooking in the oven at 250C.

Tadah! Baked rice!!! with a brocolli posing as a celery on top!


There were tomatoes, white mushrooms & ham inside the rice. The top layer is chicky fillet covered with a thick dose of cheese.

Puddy's 吃后感言:REally yummy thanks to lambatouille!! And not only me think so, coz everyone was asking for more helpings even after the bowl was emptied! One thing puddy forget to put in is onions! And mehz commented flavour not enough, mebbe next time we replace milk with another can of condensed soup. It still lacks the swensen oomph though. I really wanna noe how they create their white sauce!!
