Toasted prawns with minced garlic, butter, lemon juice and i dono what else mehz put in it. Yummmmmmy but abit too much lemon juice!
Sheng siong's prawns all not fresh one!! :( Spoil my chef lambatouille's dish.
Couldn't find garlic spread in sheng siong nor the minimart downstairs. So we made our own!! Simple ...and surprisingly...it tastes better!!!

1/2 lb. grated English or American cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/4 to 1/2 c.Wesson oil Olive oil
(recipe didn't have, but we added some herbs too)
1/2 c. minced parsley

Mix first 5 ingredients into the butter and oil. Spread on French bread. Put in broiler on foil to toast.

We used coriander instead of parsley!
