Tom Yam Seafood Mee

This is the first in the series of Capable Wifey.

(sidenote:Usually puddy get home now around 715-730, so by the time we finish cooking is slightly before 8. After dinner and upsets & tv, mostly 830-9 liao. And depending on the weekday (thursday got mythbusters 9-10!!) we might continue to watch tv or go play computer. Boring right? haiz...marry so boring!!!)

My mehmeh was craving for tomyam eeee mee, so puddy went to ntuc to buy foodie to cook for him. This meal costs $8, same as outside 2 people eat, but the amount of prawnies + fishie is much much more!!! And still got leftover veggies for the next meal.

But this meal not so nice, coz I bought those maggi packet tom yam paste, but hor....i dono one packet is only good for one bowl, so the tom yam taste is not strong at all!
