Tze- Cha style Fried Yee Mee



Back to Capable Wifey series....

Prawns, fishball, mustard leaves & Yee Mee!!

Unfortunately mehz say a bit flat. mebbe coz i din use chicken stock (lazy ma!!)

1 packet of dried yee mee
250g chicken, sliced
250g prawns
200g fishcake, sliced
500g choy sum
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tsp thick black sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
750 ml chicken stock
5 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and stir till brown.
  2. Add sliced chicken, prawns and fishcake.
  3. Pour in chicken stock. Add the yee mee, black sauce and soya sauce. Cook for 5 minutes then add choy sum.
  4. Add salt to taste and allow to cook for another 10 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
