Fried Udon








The week prior to Udon was porridge week (or was it the previous previous week?) and this week was the flavour of the east. Followed the instructions on the back of the NTUC udon packet to come out with this fairly tangy, mildly salty, stir-fried udon that somehow ended up with too much sauce making it a tad bit wet. Missed out on the onions though
