Pan-fried meatballs, veggies & an tomato omelette

the meatballs are from jusco...quite ex at 6.40 rm for 8 or 10. the egg was nice. The trick to make fluffy eye omelette is to beat the egg so that the air can get in, giving you a fluffy bite. Add spring onions and whatever veggie to your liking, add soya sauce (salt also can but less fragrant) and fry it.
