Pork stuffed Mushrooms

This one also puddy cook one. mushroom not soft enough, the pork very dry and the whole kitchen was smokey after that...hahah....but because the dish was cook by puddy, the meat was actually very sweet and tender. And the smokey kitchen? well...romantically misty....
