Salted veggie & tofu soup 咸菜豆腐汤

This is our first attempt at making salted veggie and tofu soupie....inspired by the yummy svts at one of the west coast zhi char. 3 bowls of water plus heaps of salted veggie, 1/2 block of tofu, lean pork and tomatoes, the soupie was not bad but we suspected that missing out on the sour prune made the soup less flavourful...nevermind...2nd attempt coming up soon!
