Udon with mushrooms, raw zucchini, canned miso fish



It was supposed to be Japanese theme. We had no stock for the udon. We ran out of gas halfway. So we boiled water in the kettle first before pouring into pot on induction plate, and then mehmeh concocted some weird soupie with all the condiments we have in hand. The water on the induction plate never boiled at all....

The canned miso fish was microwaved, and the zucchini was eaten raw with diluted soy sauce. Zucchini is very nice, but not that nice raw. I think just a lil bit cooked will be nice though. I hope zucchini is eaten in Japanese foodie.

We wanted to say we very cham, 2 people share one bowl of udon and eat raw veggies. Then we realise that fish and zucchini are not that dirt cheap though. =P
