Herbal chicken, assorted veggie

This packet of herbs for chicken soup has been with me for since forever. In fact, it was expiring next year. So we bought one small chicken and proceeded to stuff it fat fat with herbs. You will be amazed at the space that chicken has inside its tummy! I still think we should have cooked chicky soupie, coz I love soupies!

The next dishy is "watever-u-have-in-the-fridge" dishy. We found cabbage, tomatoes, and zucchini (there are still zucchini left in the fridge!!). So we mixed them together over heat and oyster sauce, to have a decent veggie dish.

[Lambie: The chicky was too fat, me thinks. Eat and sleep all day in the chicken coup is enough for a scattered layer of oil to form on the herbal soup...the farmers should let the chicken run around all day for that lean, healthy meat]
