On a lazy sunday morning, we went to kallang mcdonalds with our steakii for mcgirddle. And puddy decided to make yong tao fu for dinner because we got left over bittergourd. So we bought fish paste and steamed our own yong tao fu! Can you see the puddy-shaped ones that mehz is making?
The yong tau foo turned out a bit soft, and til date, I have no explnation for it. I followed the lady's instructions to leave it in the open for 2 hours though. Puddy also make some yong tao fu sauce that no one dared to use =p
