Minced porky with salted fish, steamed fishie, Egg noodles

It was a lazy Sunday. It was so lazy a Sunday that we had forgotten to take pictures of the egg noodles that we cooked. The egg noodles had too strong a taste and when it blended with my its-so-secret-that-if-u-know-i-will-have-to-kill-you sauce, the taste of the noodles still over powered it.

And to compliment the dry egg noodles with my its-so-secret-that-if-u-know-i-will-have-to-kill-you sauce, we had the following supporting actors/actress:

Ms stubborn fish : It took 20 minutes to cook this fish because we were lazy enough not to defrost it, or to slice it into smaller pieces for that matter. What we did was merely to slab the fish with oil, soya sauce and ginger and chuck the whole works into the wok, hoping that it will turn out fine.

Well, of course it didn't. It was over cooked on the outside and tender on the inside....

Mr fish-pork: Ah...咸鱼猪肉瓶 is the name of the dish. Relatively simple to make. All u need to do, is to mix salted fish with the pork and add a few slices of ginger to taste. Simply yummy.

Lazy dish for lazy days, I say.
